Oh, yeah! I've got many years of this kind of thing coming at me. I have another girl that's almost 2 so I'll be doing daddy/daughter stuff for a long, long time to come.

I read that Duff joined Steven Adler's 'Adler's Appetite' on-stage for a coupla songs at a gig over in England. I'm just going to assume you encouraged him to do that, right?

Nah, it was the night before I interviewed him. I'm gutted, as I didn't know Adler's Appetite were even playing that night. They played here the week before and I couldn't make it, I didn't realise they were coming back round. What a thing to miss!

Still, I did get to see Duff on stage with GN'R last year, so that makes up for it ;P

Went to see Ginger of the Wildhearts do an acoustic show last night. Got to meet the bloke after as he was hanging at the merch stand, chatting and signing stuff. Got him to sign my Earth Vs. album, seemed like a good bloke. Got to appreciate musicians taking the time out to hang with the fans.

My son's Cub Scout pack went on its Spring Hike today. Fortunately the weather cooperated (just some light drizzle as we were getting started, which stopped after a few minutes). We hiked around the Monksville Reservoir in Ringwood, NJ. Some highlights...

We noticed this weirdness on our way back to the parking lot... a very large tree growing out of a crack in an even larger rock.

NJ looks pretty in your neck of the woods. Reminds me of home. That's cool you make sure your kids appreciate the environment.
