Yeah, it's a cover, but most people who bought the album don't know that because they got it on CD. If you buy the double LP it comes with an informative foldout giving some detailed history on that lost nugget of porno-death-grindcore. And it's made from actual used maxi-pads. You've gotta get the double LP if you're a true fan. If you just buy the CD then you probably like Birdflesh or some equally commercial swill with no artistic merit.
