| Anyone plan on picking this up or have heard any tunes from it? I got an advance copy -- it's really good. Nice mix of '80s hard rock, melodic rock, rock/pop, and modern hard rock.
Nick Simmons on "Hand of the King" really surprised me. He sounds a lot like Gene and he's got a deep and powerful voice. Other highlights are "No Friend of Mine" sung by John Corabi (if this was done by a "new" band, it would probably be on radio) and "I'm The Animal" with Tobias Sammet on vocals and Eric Singer on drums. That one sounds like a late '80s or Revenge era KISS song.
It'll be released 2/12.

| I saw this the other day at Wal-Mart (surprisingly) and thought about picking it up, mainly for the track with Corabi but I ended up getting an Ace Frehley DVD instead. How is it? | |

He has a nice Jim Morrison vibe. | |

| I have it. It hasn't really hit me yet. Sort of has a modern radio rock flare. I'm not really hearing the 80's hard rock vibe. I was playing it at work and someone thought I was playing Shinedown. Some of the material sounds like Kiss, circa Carnival of Souls.
Bruce is a huge talent. I'd love to meet him someday. However, unlike Ace Frehley or Vinnie Vincent, he doesn't seem to have his own unique charisma and character. He seems to like to do whatever is popular at the time. (ie. Union) _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| The song Gene Simmons sings on really sounds like a song that could have been on Carnival of Souls. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!
