It's not a bad album and I certainly don't hate it, but it just didn't grab me by the short & curlies like I thought it would. Musically it's fine, but the songs aren't there. As many times as I've listened to it, very few songs stick with me after it's over. I really wanted to love this album, but I'm almost forcing myself to listen to it over and over again just to find something memorable. Coming from one of my favorite bands ever, it had very high expectations that it sadly didn't deliver. Thus, it's going to be a disappointment.

Actually, The best album NOT on your list yet is INSURGENTES by Steven Wilson - that's the album of the year for me, it's even better than The Incident.
