| IMO, the music is decent but the "vocals" completely ruin the band. This is screamo crap to me. "WOOOOOAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!"
Pass. EDIT: And that's without paying any attention to the lyrics which, with a name like that, I suspect would turn me off regardless what the band sounded like. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Back in 2000 a co-worker played a song by Eyehategod in her office saying something to the effect of "don't get offended by the name, this is heavy" or something like that. I listened for about a minute and quietly walked out of the office. I guess eyehatecrap. | |

| I like them. I can understand people not being able to get into them because of the vocals. I tend to like raw, sludgy, doomy music, so that probably is the appeal to me. | |

| Eyehategod are great. they are partly influenced by Melvins, with the Sabbathy riffs, feedback, & distortion, but they sound nothing like them. they fit in more with the southern sounds of Grief & Acid Bath with a little more punk influence here & there. _________________ | |

| I hear them every once in awhile on sattelite radio, but it doesn't do anything for me. Not my thing. Probably the vocals. I guess you could say "eyedon'tlikethem". _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

| I like some of it, haven't got much into them but what I've heard is pretty cool. I say they sound more like weedeater then the melvins. | |

| I like some of their stuff. Mainly for the thick sludgy sound they have. The name was always the thing that kept me from diving too deep into their music. | |
