I was gonna say it reminds me a bit of Sepultura's Arise album and I see it's done by the same artist. The song and album cool are pretty badass.

Cover art is pretty cool, though obviously cheesy.

I like that new track. Doesn't sound anything like any of the songs from the debut, and the variety in tempo is great. Sounds a bit "darker" than any of the songs from the debut, also.

This new song is a disappointment. I didn't think any of the riffs stood out.

Oh well ... the new MEGADETH is coming soon and it'll probably be great so I'll get my thrash fix soon.

Hmmmmmmmmm, I wasn't exactly blown away by that 1st song. Just a first impression. It was ok, but nothing explosive. Might just need a few more listens. I'll still get this regardless though.

For once, I agree with you, TOB - The riffs were quite boring to me, as well. However, after repeated listens, the song became all right. I enjoyed it.

I've heard the new song again a few times now on sattelite radio and it's still not really grabbing me. It doesn't really stand-out or stick with me after the song is over. I hope this first single isn't an indication of the new album as a whole.

Same here. I loved their debut, but the 2 songs I heard from this new one haven't grabbed me. I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually, but it's not a priority right now, especially with so much other new stuff that's been coming out lately.

I think this is more focused then the first album and Evile is one of the better new thrash bands. Or did Sam say that?
