I know it's only a heading for a website, but are there any problems with using someone else's copywrited artwork? Should it be totally original artwork? Just playing devil's advocate here.

I've gone through the copywrited artwork thing before at work, so I just wanted to point that out, just in case. I don't know what the internet laws are like when it comes to using others artwork on a website message board in case we decide on one, get all warm and fuzzy over our new logo then get a cease-and-desist letter from someone that doesn't want their artwork tarnished. Just sayin' is all.
