Wow, some people suck..

So I'm back in town, and got a gig bouncing until my next fire systems job comes up.

I'm standing at the front door checking ids, and this chick opens the door and this cat is in full attack mode, and he looks like he is going to pounce through the door. So I take a giant step at him hoping he won't run in. He then backs away and the woman tries to pick him up and bring him in. i said, mam, we don't allow pets in here. She says okay then walks away. The next thing i know, i have the manager accusing me of kicking this cat. After i tell him the story, he believes me and i thought the story is over.

Last night I'm working and this guy I work with who I've known for a while comes up top me laughing about me kicking the cat. I said, "dude, i didn't kicm, any cat, I've never hurt an animal in my life." he says, "Angel is telling everybody you kicked the cat" I said, asked him, "So she sais she saw me kick the cat?" he said she didn't see me.

I approached her, and aksed he if she would stop telling people I'm an animal abuser? She says "mary said you kicked the cat" i replied,
"So when some drunk idiot walks in here and tells me you did something, am I free to tell everybody you work with that story, even though I nhave no idea if its' the truth or not?"

Of course she didn't have much to say after that. Normally, i don't give a crap what people say about me, but that's a pretty crazy allegation, imo.

People tend to overeact when the outcome isnt what they want it to be. I would be mas as well if she continued to say you kicked it.
