I am from Denmark, and I frequently search for new bands
on a Danish site, for amateur bands. These guys are not amateurs! Their sound
is quite unique. At first, you will probably be reminded of the NWOSDM
movement, like In Flames. But There is much more to this band. The vocalist has
a unique blend of melodic growl (well...more of a raspy real...really
aggressive, but you can understand every word!) and clean vocals. Also, at
several points, the guitar riffs are very melodic, some even sounding like Hard
rock, layered on to of dynamic drums, and that unique vocal blend. They may
sound a bit too "modern" at times, for some people's liking, but the
songs, especially the vocals, are so damn aggressive, yet so freaking catchy!

favourite track is "Where the secrets lie"...AWESOME SONG!

I have been burning to share this band, as they are only known in a SMALL
REGION of an already SMALL country!

i was afraid it was going to be another power metal band. i'm glad i was wrong. it sounded very much like a band i could get into. thanks for the recommend!

Soenderborg. It's in southern Denmark, very near to the German Border.

There is also a thrash band called Pitch Black from Brazil (I think)? I heard a song of theirs about a year or so ago, cool stuff.
