HAIR ADVICE!

this might sound stupid but i always want to know. does it benefit your hair to leave it greasy as apparently the grease nourishes the hair .

is that true or a load of bull smurf poo

I heard that keeping it a bit greasy sometimes is good for it, but I can't stand when my hair is greasy, it just makes me feel dirty, and not the good kind of dirty.

i will wash my hair if i go out or to work buy if i am at work i will just leave it

That's pretty much what i do, but to each there own.

I wash my hair one day....the next just some conditoner...the next day nothing....then repeat the regimen...

thats seems like a good idea. i used to wash it every day but i dont so much now unless i have too.

Washing your hair everyday....strips it of nutrients...especialy if you usecrap kins of shampoo (Suave and all that) that crap can literally strip wax off of a floor....

i used to use a degreasing one and conditioner. i find a good conditoener is essential to avoid knots. the stuff we had on holiday was useless at that

the natural oils in your hair is good for it. you should only wash your hair every other day & brush it regularly to evenly distribute the oils through out the length of your hair.

Does anybody else shave their back?
