I'd still like him as a heel though.  He's boring as hell as a face.  Vince is a moron for not just turning Reigns heel since obviously he's not over as a face AND RAW needs heels desperately.

Asuka vs. ugh, Mella is next (for some reason, I hate that nickname she gave herself).

It doesn't matter what she calls herself, she still can't actually wrestle - at least not from anything I've seen.  She's about on par with Lana who can't actually wrestle either.

Oh this is stupid, somebody in an Asuka mask freaks Asuka out which will no doubt give Mella the win. Yes, it was f*cking Ellsworth and Mella wins. I heard rumors he was going to be back but I hoped it wasn't so.

That's actually pretty funny.  EVERYONE HATES Ellsworth so of course Creative brings him back to give Carmella the heat she can't get by herself.  Brilliant booking actually.

Carmella actually gets plenty of heart, but I see where you're coming from. The only problem is that he overstayed his welcome the first time. The second time will probably not be much better.

Anyways, AJ vs. Nakamura is next. Not sure how I feel. AJ is great and the Nakamura is a good heel but their match ups have not been great.

I think AJ has to win that one.  Nakamura is interesting as a heel but he can't really speak which limits his charisma.  But what do I know?

Not to mention that being on the main roster has limited his in ring skills (or so I hear, don't really watch NXT).

Styles wins. Hopefully they move Nakamura into a feud that works out better for him. Though it is rumored that their feud isn't over even after this match.

Going to be a late PPV. Still have Nia vs. Rousey before the men's MITB match. Going to need some caffeine for the ride into work tomorrow .

I hate when STL is the Sunday night game, especially in a game like this where there wasn't even a score until the Cardinals put up 2 in the 6th.  That just means I can't go to bed yet, especially with the Cardinals bullpen.

I'm always watching wrestling no matter how bad it gets. Someday I need to analyze why I'm a slave to the big E .

As for the length, you are right. If I didn't have other things to do while watching it, I'd go insane.

We are now on to the men's match. I don't see any RAW guy winning as it's hard to do a surprise cash-in on a guy that's never there. I call it for either Joe or Miz because Rusev sure as hell won't get the push. He has the opposite problem of Roman Reigns who gets pushed to the moon but doesn't connect. Rusev is over as hell but gets nothing even remotely resembling a push.

Everybody attacking Stroman with the ladders and burying him under them. While everyone else is out there Miz went up the ladder.... before Joe knocks him off.

They just had a "Holy Shit" moment. Stroman threw Kevin Owens from a 15-20 ft. ladder through a table.

So apparently Ronda Rousey beat up Bliss, a bunch of referees and Kurt Angle on RAW last night and now is suspended?

I didn't see it because I was watching the Cardinal game but I just read about it.  Is WWE trying to turn her into Stone Cold?  Seems like it.

No idea I didn't see it. Still read the reports online. I'm thinking she needs more training and that's they're way of getting her more prepared.

I also read Big Case was fired today.

So I tried finding a reason why WWE fired Big Cass and didn't find one.

Two new reports state that Big Cass’ WWE release on Tuesday stemmed from issues with public intoxication and having attitude issues. Pro Wrestling Sheet and Sports Illustrated have news on what led to the Smackdown’s star’s firing, which was announced by the company on Tuesday. The reports claim that Cass’ heat from May over going directly against Vince McMahon’s orders regarding his segment with a little person stand-in for Daniel Bryan were the beginning of a downward spiral for him.

According to the reports, Cass was drinking during the European tour that kicked off a week after the incident and had attitude issues. Cass was allegedly intoxicated in public, which is a big reason for his firing. In addition, there were several minor incidents that happened which turned out to be the final nails in his coffin as a WWE star.

The one incident that PWS has confirmed with multiple sources happened on the WWE bus that was driving talent around. Cass went to use the bathroom on the bus, which had a broken lock. Cass did not realize the lock was broken and thought he was being pranked. After being stuck in the bathroom for too long, Cass (who the site describes in the moment as “claustrophobic/angry”) broke down the door, which meant that people had to use the bathroom on the bus without a door afterward.

The multiple incidents happening in such a short time appear to have been the impetus for McMahon to call a meeting on Tuesday at the Smackdown taping and fire Cass.
