New album from Holy Moses

We may have lost Angela but Sabina still reigns!

This is barely getting promoted and all I could find outside of their website was the pre-order Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dpopular&field-keywords=Holy+Moses+redefined+mayhem&rh=n%3A5174%2Ck%3AHoly+Moses+redefined+mayhem. It sounds like they're sticking to their roots. Hopefully we'll see a promo clip or something similar soon. Album is titled Redefined Mayhem and street date is 4/29.

I LOVE Holy Moses.

Queen of Siam & Finished With the Dogs are GREAT thrash records. This is very very good as well, but there is a big blank space in between as i didn't keep up with the band, will have to investigate one day when my head is in a thrashy place.

"Redefined Mayhem" was the first Holy Moses album I've ever bought, and I have to say, I was very disappointed. There were only 2 songs out of 13 that really stood out to me, and those were: "Triggered," and "Undead Dogs."

I have a tendency to think: "Hey, it's 2014! They're going to get it right this time." That was a big mistake.

"Finished with the Dogs" is considered their most essential release. Check out "Current of Death."

If you're into tech-thrash, "The New Machine of Liechtenstein" is the way to go. I'd say it's their second best.

me neither. But I usually cannot get into female fronted bands.

I saw this and the first thing that came to my mind was MC.

Finished with Dogs, Queen of Siam, and Disorder of the Order are my favorites, but you really can't go wrong with any of them. No Matter What's the Cause is a bit odd because Sabina doesn't handle lead vocals, but musically it's still strong. This new release sounds more like Agony of Death meets Strength Power Will Passion. BTW the whole album is up on youtube.

I have never heard a song from them. I will have to check into them further.

I saw this in my local Hastings so it's getting good distribution. I like Holy Moses, but I'll hold off for a sale on it.

I also don't think that Queen of Siam gets the credit/blame it deserves for influencing the black metal scene.

Give me a break. The woman is in her late 40's or early 50's. Just because she has a few miles on her, doesn't mean she looks like a man.
