Interesting. I remember watching some of this already on one of those HARD&HEAVY video tapes but now thanks to you tube we have more. Or was it on the 1973-1993 METALWORKS vhs??? I would have to check it out.

It was interesting to me as I hadn't known that it was only the 'subliminal' aspect of the message that was on trial. I always wondered why Priest got so much stick for this but S.O.D got away with this!!

Ever seen "Dream Deceivers," the PBS documentary about the trial? Interesting stuff...
...I went to a screening of this flick at the renowned "art house" theater, the Angelika Film Center in New York City years ago. I wore a Judas Priest shirt to the theater, and the other film snobs and other hipsters in attendance looked at me like I was a serial killer as I walked down the aisle to my seat. I remember thinking "Well, this crowd has made its mind up," haha

Yup. Seems so silly now, yet there are still plenty of folks out there that are convinced this stuff still happens.
