Wow, just when I thought I had my top 2012 album decided this one has to come in and kick my ass! One fine piece of melodic hard rock that I would definately recommend. Funny you should mention me in a "melodic hard rock" post. I just received an email from my former college roommate with whom I used to musically agree about 90% of the time. He sent me his top albums for 2012 and I haven't heard any of them; but they're all in the melodic hard rock genre which I'm just not into anymore. BTW, he wasn't much into any of the albums on my top 5 for 2012 list either.
