Hey can anyone also list me the best cds by this 80s metal band to get?

You have to await Metal Misfit, I believe ge is a fan of this band.

They had their first four albums re-issued on 2 CDs about a decade ago. Unfortunately, they are all out of print now. I used to have the Picture/Heavy Metal Ears 2 on 1 but traded it. Fortunately, I still have the Diamond Dreamer/Eternal Dark 2 on 1. I was just listening to Eternal Dark earlier today as a matter of fact. Heavy Metal Ears is my favorite of those four albums, though.

Anybody else?

I have Eternal Dark on vinyl. I have heard bits of their other albums but not enough to recommend anything. Eternal Dark is very good, and the title track is a classic IMO..

TRAITOR is a good album, and HEAVY METAL EARS too, i love them. I like their more NWOBHM sounding first albums but also their more melodic hard rock albums: EVERY STORY NEEDS ANOTHER PICTURE and MARATHON. Together with BODINE, HELLOISE, VENGEANCE, ANGUS and VORTEX, my fave band from Holland.
Next year we bring PICTURE to spain to play at our HEAVY METAL ESPECTROS festival, the anual club festival.

I have Diamond Dreamer and Eternal Dark and those are both great. Unfortunately I don't have anything else but I think you can't go wrong with at least their first 4 albums.

Anyone have the Tribunal re-issues? I've been checking them out and thinking of taking the plunge on both of them.

I have them both and they are very nice.

I have no idea about any sales...Matt seems to drop that info on his own.

No problem. Just figured I'd ask.

I was clicking around on the Bandcamp page and along with the Reverend albums, the Picture discs caught my attention too. I wouldn't mind getting all 4, but it's pricey. Considering the amount of music (8 releases worth of music over 4 cds) it's not too bad, about $7.50 a disc.

Hmmmmm, a definite MAYBE.   I'll have to check with the wife the finances.

"Diamond Dreamer" is excellent imho. This has Shmoulik (Sammy) Avigal on Vocals if that helps.

On a more serious note...   "Heavier Than Thou" with The Rods & "Under A Savage Sky" aka    Jack Starr's Guardians Of The Flame are excellent records..

i agree. I have enjoyed them very much.

Diamond Dreamer is killer! Easily one of my favorite Dutch metal albums.

Just now scored both reissues from Divebomb...I hate I waited so long! They are killer!!
