I could never understand the hate for this album. I heard most of it on YouTube and found it to be quite enjoyable. It's not their best, but it's good MC metal .

From what I remember, the album was bland and Wayne’s voice was weak. He did much better on his solo album.

I heard some songs from his solo album. Quite good. But it's very hard to find.

Wish it would get reissued.

I got one some years ago, but it was a reproduction, not factory made. The bottom of the disc is blue like the kind you buy in a pack at the store. It’s basically a glorified bootleg from the producer.

Just gave Masterpeace a fresh listen on YouTube and I changed my mind. It’s actually pretty great musically! The only problem is Wayne’s lackluster voice. He lost the fire and intensity that he was known for. Like a watered down Steve Souza without any grit. Other than that, the album is good!

Masterpeace will always be a favorite of mine. I never could understand the hate for it but to each their own.

And that Wayne album is a blast. A shame that's the only album he released under this iteration. He was taken from this world far too soon.

I like the music a lot, but it’s not Wayne’s best performance. His voice lost some of the grit. His namesake solo album made up for it. That said... nothing will top his vocals on the first 2 MC albums. He was like Halford and Udo rolled into one.

At this point, just go for it! I don’t know if it will ever get another official reissue. Maybe Rock Candy records will do a limited remastered edition. They do plenty of other more obscure stuff so it’s possible! Even Roxx could do a reissue because the lyrics are basically Christian. It just needs to be licensed out by whoever owns the master tapes.

Yes i know. I always check eBay for this album and for Liege Lord's debut.

I got lucky and scored a copy on ebay for 15 bucks a couple weeks ago. It just came in today.
