Yeah it is. I pulled it off of archive.org

It's probably one of the best places online to get boots, there are probably hundreds of bands on there and the best part is they are only from bands that have expressly given permission for their shows to be posted online.
Pretty much all of the shows on there are uploaded in .flac or.shn for better sound qualty and most are also on the site in .mp3 format as well.
