No I have not yet, but now I'll have to check that out, the problem with John Lee Hooker is he recorded under so many alias, and under so many different labels it is hard to keep his discography straight.

His recordings for Vee Jay are my personal favorites. A couple of others worth getting are "This Is My Story" and "Burning Hell" both released in Fantasy's Original Blues Classics series.

Sorry, manny, I meant to say Hooker or The Cobra Records story, Hooker's not on the latter but it has some great Magic Sam,Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, etc.
