I did a search for this band here and found nothing, so here goes!
Any IF fans here? Fave albums and songs?
Their latest platter, To The Grave, kicks butt! 10/10

I had (or maybe still own, I forget) one of their cd's, On the Edge. It was ok I guess. The lead singer reminded me on a young Vince Neil for some reason. I remember it being a blind buy a few years ago, finding it used at FYE when I was on a power metal bender, purchasing anything I could find of that genre. The cover looked kinda cool and it was on a metal label, so I gave it a shot. If I still have it, I'll need to give it a spin again to see if anything sticks.

I think On The Edge is their third best CD, behind Thunderstorm and TTG. Spin it again, sambo! 1971 rocks, BTW!(It was the year of this Saviour's birth.)

I just recently got into this band. I really like what I have heard.

I got all their albums except for their newest one since I cant really find it anywhere. Their first album was cool. The second album On the Edge was horrible. They sort of changed their sound and werent so power metalish. Then they dissappeared for a while because the singer joined Force of Evil. Then he reformed Iron Fire and hired all new people so they got back into the power metal. They are hit and miss sometimes but they are still pretty good.

Some decent stuff but nowhere near Iron Savior or Helloween or other bands of that ilk.

I would tend to agree with that assessment for the most part.
