have you got the recent Leatherwolf album?

I was listening to that World Asylum by Leatherwolf and gotta say a good strong album very different to their prevoius stuff just wandering if you any of you got it and what you think of it?

Irs ok. Get the newer one though, They call it New World Asylum. When Michael Oliveri came back to the band, they rerecorded the vocals and rereleased it on their own with this new title. Both are really good though.

I like "Behind the Gun" a lot but the other songs haven't grown on me. I like the Wade Black version of the album a lot more than the other one.

Agreed.

I've had World Asylum sitting in a stack to review for a long time. It just hasn't bowled me over yet.

Haven't heard this one.

As a big Leatherwolf fan, I have both versions and like them both. The version with Oliveri back in the band is definitely better, though.

I like the Wade Black version better.I like his vocal style a little better than Oliveri's.Nothing wrong with either version though.

I like the Wade Black version...don't think I ever heard the re-recorded version...
