How much King Crimson do you have so far? zilch. I've never even heard that Crimson King song. Looks like I'm gonna have to school ya... That band Asia you like so much...Wetton was the vocalist/bass player on 3 King Crimson albums from the mid-70's (along with a slew of live recordings). Lark's Tongue In Aspic (1973) Starless & Bible Black (1974) Red (1974) 3 of the heaviest progressive rock albums ever recorded. |

| I got the connections, I just can't give a good reason as to why I haven't listened to King Crimson. What are the essential albums? |

| Those are both excellent Crimson choices, however it's good to keep in mind that Crimson has changed their sound numerous times over the years. (and gone through numerous lineup changes, with Robert Fripp as the presiding genius/mastermind).
The only Crimson album I don't like is "Lizard", any of the rest is essential. They were also always a live improvisational band, so I generally prefer their live recordings to the studio (they never played a song the same way twice). |

Oz Fox absolutely rules on that Eric Blair demo, much, much different than his work with Stryper.

Haha, I love this album, but MMMMMMM is the worst song on it. It's one of the strange-how-I-would-like- that-particular-album thingy's. Another one is Kelly Family's "Almost Heaven". Y'all can start throwing eggs and tomatoes now..... _________________
