Stryper/Roxx Regime Demos to be released!

I'm still hoping that version of the YELLOW & BLACK album will get re-issued someday before my old cassette copy finally craps out on me. ... maybe in 2009 we'll see a special "25th Anniversary Edition" CD at last? I had a copy of the original Roxx Regime demo... It was pretty rockin'.... better than that crummy remix... The words are different of course. It was the demo that got 'em signed...

The Originial version of "my love I'll always show" is awesome - an awesome hard rockin' song that was neutered and watered down to a slow ballad on the remixed yellow and black attack (which had no need to be remixed)

This release is definetely good news! Well, perhaps not for my wallet...

Interesting. I didn't know this. Used to sing this one and "Honestly" for my girlfriend, and now she's my wife! I think "My love I'll always show" is the best Stryper-ballad, but my wife likes "Honestly" more, which has always been a ballad, I guess.

This showed up in my mailbox over the weekend. Must say I like the heavier version of "My Love I'll Always Show" better than the ballad it became. Very cool to have these songs officially released. Anyone else pick this up?

The packaging is a little cheap.

I have that "Stryper Color Spectacular" shown on the inside.

I won't order it from Stryper, as the postage fees they charge to Norway are 14$!!! Si I'll wait and see if anyone else will carry this.

I got mine pretty cheap on ebay Kmorg, don't know what they charge for shipping to Viking land though.

Tank is nothing but a drum solo.

I noticed the big differences in You Know What To Do.

My Love I'll Always Show is also VERY different. It's a ballad on the 8
song reissue of Yellow & Black Attack, but it's a rocker on here.

A friend of mine picked it up last week and he called me about it.... I couldn't believe it when he told me that 'Honestly' was on there. The copy of that demo I have is six songs, minus 'Tank' (roberts drum solo) and 'Honestly'... I personally believe that demo was from 'To Hell with the Devil' sessions... Why would they sit on that song for what 2-3 years? and release 'Together as One' first? .... It makes no sense to me... Sorry guys been around this stuff for so long... What do you think... 'Honestly' re-released for radio?.... That was a big hit back in the day... Looking for some renewed interest....

I didn't know it was out yet - I'll have to order it from amazon. I still have my tape copy of the demo - a friend of mine copied it for me years ago - great tape. He also copied the demos of Neon Cross & Bloodgood on the same tape - good stuff.

Does the new demo CD have the live version of roxx regime on it?
