Anyone have this on DVD? I watched this last night Palladia, it was recorded in Frankfurt in 2005 wow what a concert by Rush. I knew Neil Peart was an awesome drummer but wow what a solo he did around 15 mins long.
To me he is one of the best ever.

As far as the concert went fantastic was glad I saw 3 times back in the early 70's.

I have it and really enjoy it. If anyone needs an introduction to the band, that setlist is a perfect start.

From Wikipedia:

Set One

New opening film with imagery from each album and a band introduction by Jerry Stiller.

* "R30 Overture" (instrumental medley representing excerpts of 6 songs from the band's first 6 albums; the songs were "Finding My Way", "Anthem", "Bastille Day", "A Passage to Bangkok", "Cygnus X-1 Book I: The Voyage", and "Cygnus X-1 Book II: Hemispheres")
* "The Spirit of Radio"
* "Force Ten"
* "Animate"
* "Subdivisions"
* "Earthshine"
* "Red Barchetta"
* "Roll The Bones"
* "Bravado"
* "YYZ"
* "The Trees" ("I Feel Fine" and "Day Tripper" ending.)
* "The Seeker"
* "One Little Victory"

Set Two

Darn That Dragon film

* "Tom Sawyer"
* "Dreamline"
* "Secret Touch"
* "Between the Wheels"
* "Mystic Rhythms"
* "Red Sector A"
* "Der Trommler" (drum solo)
* "Resist" (acoustic)
* "Heart Full of Soul" (Acoustic Version with Peart on drums)
* "2112" (I. "Overture", II. "The Temples Of Syrinx", VI. "Grand Finale")
* "La Villa Strangiato"
* "By-Tor & The Snow Dog"
* "Xanadu"
* "Working Man" (With Reggae ending.)

Encore

* "Summertime Blues"
* "Crossroads"
* "Limelight"

Concert ends with another quick Jerry Stiller "dream sequence" film.

Yeah Neil is pretty flawless and from the overhead shots on his solo dam he is a monster! Now that is what I call really progressive drumming!

2112 was phenominal one of my favorite cds alltime!
