I never really read the entries for this thread. But now I'm scared at how similar we are. The Wonder Years, for crying out lud? Man, that was one awesome show! And don't even get me started on Winona Ryder! If is weren't fro that potty mouthed Ozzy one.....

What's so bad about a fender bass. I've got a jazz/precision bass. It works great. Some of the greatest bass players use Fenders, man.

I think it's a great bass to start out on, but I've had mine for so long, and tried other basses, I can't give it up.
