| After digging through many boxes I managed to find this one, which I probably haven't listened to in 12 years or more. Anyway, it's still not a "classic" by any stretch of the imagination but I was pleasantly surprised how well some of thsoe songs stand up...the majority of which are the second half of the album: Blind, No Problems, Where Are You Know? and the "hidden" track Still Life Of Peace. Quite a few throwaways (title track, Circles In The Fields, You Make Me Smile) but much better than I remembered. |

A review disc? If so, I hope you don't like it. Yep, promo copy (it's just a cheap sheeeit CD-R though)...it's their new one, and it's pretty good so far. Sorry dude, I'm a-keepin' this one A few other promos getting first spins: Winters - BLACK CLOUDS IN TWIN GALAXIES (Yuk. boring, droning stoner stuff that sounds like Billy Corgan singing along to a Black Sabbath album being played at the wrong speed) Mongrel - FEAR, LIES & PROPAGANDA (pretty cool old school sounding metalized punk, kinda like early Suicidal Tendencies) Rebellion - MIKLAGARD (if Iced Earth had a German accent and were obsessed with dragons and vikings instead of space alien conspiracies and horror movie characters, they'd sound like this band) _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

The vocalist sure sounds like Chris Cornell though the music is nothing like Soundgarden. More like Cornell fronting Velvet Revolver. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

That sounds like something I'd like. Are we talking Barlow IE or Ripper IE? _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Just ordered it for 10.95.
Supposedly this is the second in a trilogy about the history of Vikings. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Supposedly this is the second in a trilogy about the history of Vikings. I hope the copy you ordered is cooler than the cheap-sheeeit promo I got ... just a CD-R and a bio... decent album though. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"
