Anyone heard of this band? They released an EP of demos last year and did the same this year. I'm surprised no one has signed'em up. I got my hands on the latest set of demos and talked about it at my blog (http://metalexcess.wordpress.com/2008/07/31/griffen-linked-in-eternity/). They're really solid metal/melodic hard rock.

I thought you were talking about the US Metal GRIFFIN, with a two I in the bands name Shocked

There is also a superb Norwegian band called GRIFFIN. Great band with several full length CDs out. I have both the U.S. and Norwegian Griffin's on NoLifeTilMetal.com

Sort of surprised a band would want to use the name GRIFFEN as it's too close to GRIFFIN IMO. It would be like calling my band AEROSMYTH or JUDAS PREEST.
