What is your fav band that is on the Heart of Metal wallpaper/background? I gotta go with Hirax, with Powermad being a sentimental hometown honorable mention [bassist was my roommate 15 years ago].

I'm surprised Maiden isn't a part of that wallpaper, but hey whatever. Twisted Sister is my favorite out of all those.

I guess I was speaking of the here and now. I really have not found the Saxon power metal years very much to my tastes. I know, I'm a witch - burn me.

Lionheart is one of their best, IMO.Other than that, I agree with you.

I love their newer stuff. The late 80's are the only years I think they made some questionable albums. The pop metal sound didn't suit a bunch of ugly guys from Britain, IMO.
