Who is this band?

This has been bothering me since 1995. One night this one DJ played a bunch of awesome songs I havent heard before. Ive heard of the bands but these songs were pretty much unknown to me at the time. After hearing these I immediatly either went out and found them in the store or had to buy them through import. anyway heres the list of songs he played. the only reason I know this by the way is because I taped his whole show.

Believer- day of wrath (he would start his show off with this song all the time)
Queensryche- someone else (band version)
crimson glory- lady of winter
Blind Guardian- script for my requiem
Iced Earth- Burnt Offerings
Gamma Ray- Rebellion In Dreamland
Gamma Ray- time to break free
Gamma Ray- gods of deliverance
Crimson Glory- red sharks
Forbidden- Feed the hand
Blind Guardian- Imaginations from the other side

and the one song I have been unable to figure out who the hell it is was this one which you can download here http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=33648 If no one can download it let me know and i'll figure something else out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

ahh I see it, I hit the Download button and it brought me to the main site page, everytime I click the link or anything it keeps bringing me around in circles, I give up, maybe someone else can work the site out
