Deicide - Till Death Do Us Part

not as melodic as Stench was, which was a bit of a let down. however, it's got some killer songs on it. love the into too.

Can't stand Deicide. Never have liked them. To each their own though I guess.

I love it

I saw a few commercials for this last night on Fuse while watching "Talking Metal". they kept referring to it as "their most brutal album ever". i could never get into Deicide, and from what I heard on the commercial, it seems like just a bunch of noise. I did like the "Glenn Benton for President" marketing scheme, though.

I have this on order. What I have heard isn't as good as Stench, but Jack Owen, Steve Asheim and Glenn Benton couldn't be a better mix for a death band.

I could say "yeah you're a christian, so what?" about a thousand bands being promoted on this board. But I don't, I'd sooner respect other people's spiritual beliefs.

Good point.

I've heard a couple tracks. Doesn't sound as good as the songs on Scars or Stench.

You can respect other peoples beliefs but still consider them bollocks. Benton can say anything he wants for all I care, I'm just not going to listen to him.

they took out alot of the melodic parts that made Stench so unique in their catalog. this one is more back to basics for them, ala Serpents of The Light, or Once Upon The Cross. it's still a killer album.
