idk Abandon the Shore is alright, I've never been a big fan of the heavy screamo to soft vocals but I dont mind them too much with this band. and they've got some ok riffs in it, not a personal fav but I listen.

There are some metalcore fans here, but the majority aren't really into it.

When we started making our muisc, we had a guitarist who wanted us to sound like whatever band he was listening to.

Stories Above the Shelf and Character V.S. Fate were his songs.

Then we kicked him out and started trying to write stuff that sounded different in our genre.

I think we did a good job of it personally.

I don't think your band sounds different, man. That's okay, of course, because it always comes down to the quality of the songs. But don't skimp on that because you think you're onto something original.

Or bands that have Jazz break downs in the middle of a southern song.

Although whatever you label your music craig, it was a good choice recruiting Brandon on guitars IMO.

Quinn's better but they work together really well.
Our new stuff is gonna be alot heavier and have no singing I think.
