Any fans of this German heavy metal band? Their vocalist is Udo's brother, Peter Dirkschneider. I just received a copy of their last album "Raw". It's quite good. I'm surprised this band isn't more widely received.

You don't like any of their other three albums? They stayed the course musically. Only thing that really changed was better production and in some cases, better songwriting.

I won a CD of theirs of eBay about two years ago. It never showed up. I forget which CD it was, but the cover kind of looked like Suicidal's Join The Army, if I'm remembering correctly. I was interested in them because the singer for Razorback was once their vocalist.
Unfortunately I've never been able to find anything else by them. I want to.

Good metal in the same vein as UDO and vocally it is almost close.

Love 'em.I receive 'em just fine.-Great stuff ! Twins?,Bootlicker,High Proof and Raw all gems in my book. They've had some serious lack of interest from labels i think...which is pathetic.

This is one of those resurrected threads. But i need to know if anyone has some recent info on Vanize, since their status on metal archives is currently listed as active. I do hope these guys are back, and working on some new material.

They haven't updated their website since 2006 and I haven't heard anything about them recently.
Here's their awesome cover of Accept's "Predator" in hopes that they do something soon:
