WHO HERE IS IN A BAND?

Risking the wrath of the mighty Eyesore for not using the search function....but I can take him...


I am doing....research for something....

And I want to know who all here plays in a band and what style of music it is...no big in depth rants or remarks...I want this thread nice and tight....and managable. So just band name, what you do in it and style.

I sing and play guitar for a band called TEMPLE OF BLOOD from Huntsville, AL. Our new album "Overlord" is coming in a few months.

We play old school thrash/heavy metal with Biblical lyrics.

I play drums in a prison ministry band and just started playing in a early 80's style metal thrashin' band called Project 4-4-1

I play G, C, C2 (that's killer on the fingers), D, E, Em, F, D, Dm, A, Am on the the 'ol cat gut....and am currently in negotiations with Temple of Blood.

I'm not in a band, but I *am* a band called TROGLODYTE DAWN.

I have also been in TYKKUS, ARISE and D.T. SEIZURE.

Nope.....

I think I said it before in another thread, I play bass/keyboards in a progressive/power metal band called Astyanax. Me and a couple of other friends just started a jazz-fusion band in which I also play bass/ keyboards and a couple sax parts (usually bari or alto).

You named your band after an old Nintendo game? Haha.

I guess so. I had never heard of the Nintendo game until after we made the name. It's the son of Hector of Troy of greek mythology.

I"m doing some stuff with a prog/thrash band called Second Dynasty. Rythm guitar (when needed) and mostly vocals. [The Icon on the left shows the logo I made, though it is subject to change.]

I'm not in a band but I do sing.

I play drums in a few bands right now.

1) Name: Avenger of Blood
Instrument: Drums
Style/Genre: Thrash

2) Name: Tyrant Attack
Instrument: Drums
Style/Genre: Death/Thrash

The other 2 are quite well known and I won't say who they are just yet but I am not IN the other 2 bands, just filling in/session musician for them.
