Yup, was definitely released on CD (considering I own it on CD). It was released in Japan on RCA. It was released in Finland on Kerberos. The Kerberos version has a different cover than the Japanese one (Kerberos has the band picture, RCA has the drawn artwork (the one shown on classicthrash.com)), and it is much harder to find.

I've got the Japanese release, but don't have the OBI strip.
