| How is this band? I can score Shock Tactics and Head On for about $6 each. Worth it? I dig the samples I can hear on lala for Shock Tactics, but I'm not sure if they're worth investing money in. |

| 6 dollars is certainly a good deal. They are an awesome early NWOBHM band, and it's always nice to hear Bruce in other acts than Iron Maiden and his solo band. Go for it. Shock Tactics is my personal favourite. | |

| I agree with the others. Good stuff and a good price.

| just go and buy the fecking CDs will ya, the two of them are great albums, "Head on" I my opinion is superior to "Shock tactics" but they are the same line up so horses for course's really. The early years were Samson strongests but they didn't get the recognition that they deserved, after Burce left (following "Shock Tactics") things went arseways and the band failed to live up to their previous heights, the replacement vocalist was of a completely different style to Bruce. anyway how could you not be interested in a band that can have a song entitled " I Wish I Was The Saddle Of A Schoolgirl's Bike" so in essence, buy the bastards and stop posting stupid threads you muppet Luv ya. . |

| I've only heard one song by them on a complilation album that I have, but I dig it. If I ever saw thier cd's in the used bin, I'd snap them up in a second. | |

| I still have the HEAD ON cassette in a box in the closet somewhere... I picked it up out of a bargain bin for like 99 cents when cassette tapes were "on the way out" back then. Pretty good stuff, though some of the song titles ("Manwatcher?") made me wonder if some of the Samson guys were pulling a Halford, if you know what I mean _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"
