Twins eh? Congratulations man. Some free advice from one Metal Dad to another: start stockin up on formula, diapers, baby wipes, etc., etc. NOW so you'll have a large supply on hand as soon as the young'ins arrive. Thanks for the advice. That's what we've been doing. Little stinkers aren't even here yet and they're cutting into my music budget!

at least you're not as old as Dio! Does anybody really know how old Dio is? He claims he's in his mid 50's, some agree with him, some think he is in his 60's-It's perhaps the greatest mystery in metal.

I was present during the births of both of my sons (C-Sections both times)... it was kinda cool, actually. The cliche about the Dad passing out in the delivery room was in the back of my mind each time but fortunately I was able to hold it together. (although I did tell my wife "Ugh, honey, you're a lot cuter on the outside," haha) It's an experience you'll remember for the rest of your life, bro, I promise you that. :goodluck: _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

I have the cover turned inside out in my CD copy. However, you can have whatever you want as your avatar, as long as it doesn't fall outside the rules of niceboard (in other words, no porn.) _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

For some reason I think a new CD from Led Zeppelin would only tarnish their reputation. I can't imagine anything they would come up with now could match or exceed their past catalog. Even if it was a great record, it would be hard to overcome the "nostalgia factor" that people have for those old albums. I sort of hope they will just stick to doing a reunion tour, maybe release a live CD/DVD of that and let it be done. ult _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Unfortunatly this will be the first year in a LONG time where I won't have purchased over 100 CDs (damn credit card debt). It will take me all year to pay it off (longer if Wal-Mart refuses to give me full time) so I will probably get about one CD a month so I will have to limit myself to the new Priest, Ayreon, Avantasia, Circle II Circle, JOP, TSO, Jacob's Dream, Testament, Iced Earth, and a few select others. But hey, there's always next Christmas. | |
