these I can agree with. I seem to remember I think Obsession had a good one back in the day. I also loved Haunting The Chapel cuz after owning Show No Mercy I was blown away by their newer faster sound! The frst Helloween album is kinda an E.P., right? yes, no, maybe....Same as Judas. wow, my mind is black right now. Lust Control~Feminazi. Seventh Avenue~Goodbye is a good album, with the exception of 3 versions of the song "Goodbye", hmm I guess that is kind of a full length album technically. But it is promoting the song so I guess that by definition is an E.P. right?
Then of course there's the Intense Live Series albums 1-6.

I just cranked a great EP yesterday: Sodom - In the Sign of Evil.


Love this one.

KING'S RANSOM - Curators of the Realm is perhaps the best EP I can think of right now.

So what? It has 4 songs and was released on pro-printed cassette tape, so its a legit EP for me (albeit never on wax, but who cares). Besides, it is going to be re-released next month on CD and vinyl

there's some delay in king's ransom. great demo which i have original of course....look in my avatar for 2 of my best texan demosteele.....

I heard from Allen Brunelle yesterday and he told me if the Steel Legacy re-releases sell well, King's Ransom will be going back to studio and re-recording those live cuts they gave Kostas and Panos to use as bonuses to the EP! I'll be getting a big box from Kostas to help this materialize!

There are many good demos from the Texan 80s scene, but Dan Edward's voice is the thing that makes King Ransom's demo trully outstanding for me!

and I dont want even to talk about overhyped EPs like MILITIA which sell for $3000 on eBay! That's sheer stupidity
