He played drums on all the legendary Metal Church albums.
Greatly missed, part of the lore forever. 61 is too young to go. That's when you should retire and enjoy the golden years.

Many people in America work into their 70’s nowadays. Especially in expensive areas where cost of living is high. I assume in Europe you can retire at a earlier age… unfortunately in America you need to start saving for retirement as soon as you start working, or you are blessed to have a job that provides a great retirement plan. Those kinda jobs are very few and far between these days. Back in the 1950’s and 60’s people had great retirement benefits (even blue collar factory workers). When the jobs were sourced out to cheaper countries like China, things started to change.
I’m certain that I’ll keep working into my 70’s (unless I win the lottery).

I also have a feeling I will be working well into my 60s at least, maybe even 70s if I live that long.

I'll never be able to retire. Like TZ said, its very difficult to have a job that'll give you a pension. And social security is pretty much a joke.

Social Security has been predicted to dry up in the not too distant future. Because of poor leadership, excessive spending etc…
Anytime there’s a conflict somewhere in the world, certain politicians (especially the current administration) handout enormous amounts of money (we don’t have). They kept printing money and the US dollar is basically worthless.
