| Overkill trumps Vio-lence every time (for me). Funny thing is Bobby G was just dismissed from Vio recently. The poor guy is talented, but cannot catch a break! Maybe he’s hard to get along with…

| Under the Influence was also the first Overkill album to feature that punchy Bass sound that DD Verni has become known for. Particularly the intro to “Head First”. It was featured on Headbanger’s Ball for years. | |

| Overkill easily. Vio-lence never did much for me. _________________ "I am reluctant to get too deep into politics, and I don’t expect politicians to get too deep into music." - Paul Stanley

| Eternal Nightmare for me. Riffs upon riffs upon riffs LOVE me some Overkill, but had to give this one to Vio-lence. | |

| I'll go with Overkill, since it edges Taking Over as my favorite in the catalog. This is a great Vio-Lence album though and easily their best. | |
