Today I found out my wife of 15 years has a boyfriend. We have 3 children. The pain is bad and I need music to deal with this.

It's time for you to start PLANNING, my guy.  Get PROOF of infidelity, and do NOT go at her in any way.  Cool, calm, collected, even distant; just remain polite.  You want to get under her skin, do not react to her in any form or fashion.  Be a block of stone.

See what your local laws are regarding child support, alimony, etc.  Get in touch with an attorney.  See what your options are regarding bank accounts, mortgage, loans, all that shit.  Focus on getting yourself and your kids through this.  Once you're clear, block her ass on every platform leaving only ONE mode of communication for the children.

Agreed x100. When my wife died, I started hitting the bottle very hard. I'm doing a bit better now but I'm still struggling with it. The death & the bottle.

MC, sorry to hear about the death of your wife. Whenever I think of you, I think of your majestic beard and imagine you wearing a brutal death metal or grindcore t-shirt with a name you can't read. And probably for being the most knowledgeable guy in all the metal genres that I know over here. Reading about a loss like that really puts things into perspective. I hope the alcohol fades away slowly, and you can move forward from her passing day by day.

As for Lari...don't let the booze get in the way and make the situation worse than it is. Find a good support group for men if you can.
