To me K.K. was always the top dog. But Tipton has been the more important songwriter and personification of Judas Priest.

I voted K.K. for the solos and ability, because that's what I feel this poll was about.

The thing I like about both of them in same band is completely different lead styles.

Glenn had a bit of Schenker in his playing. Very precise solos.

KK had the wah wah feed back style, A bit of Hendrix but in a Metal band.

PS the 1st 4 times I saw JP they were booed off and people were laughing at Halford and his screams.

I was already a fan so I was glad to see them.

But seeing Rob in his leathers, Hat and whip was a surprise, lol

Glenn was a better technical guy, jamming a lot more notes into a solo, but sometimes feel excites me a little bit more. I love both, but I'm going with K.K.
