Dance of Death I find to be a great Maiden record. Montsegur, Rainmaker, Paschendale, Face in the Sand... stellar stuff! Cover art however is hideous and a disgrace and takes away from the enjoyment.
But now, we are approaching the end. Four albums remain. It's the Blaze era vs the last two Maiden albums. Pick your favourite. | |

| I voted for X-Factor. I think it's the strongest album of these four. I was tempted to go with Book of Souls just for "If Eternity Should Fail," which I think stands up against any of the classics. | |

| Out of this batch, Virtual XI. Dont like X Factor at all, and Final Frontier and Book of Souls were dull as dishwater.
