Mercyful Fate, Nuns ep immediately came to mind when I read the thread title, so I'll go with that one. Armed and Dangerous, by Anthrax is another favorite of mine. Brain Death, and The Plague from Nuclear Assault are also awesome eps. Can't think of any others that haven't been mentioned already, but I know I'm forgetting a ton of them I like.

And as mentioned, Armed And Dangerous, Queensryche and Garage Days Revisited. The latter one I would listen to a lot until my niece (a baby at the time, now in her mid 20s) got a hold of the tape and "played" with it. By then it was already a hard to find EP so I never got to listen to it again until Garage Days Inc.
