Do they even make these kinda shows for tv anymore? It seems like there were tons of them (guys and girls) back in the early-mid 90's that had half-hour fitness programs.

I think most of these fitness gurus eventually started taking the "infomercial" route rather than doing a regular TV show.

Sometimes we fall asleep with the ION-TV channel on during a rerun of "Criminal Minds" or whatever, and if I wake up in the middle of the night there'll be some muscle bound dude or chick on there pimping their latest diet/workout DVD program, or Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley hocking the Total Gym machine.

Side note: Christie Brinkley is 65 (!!) and is still smokin' hot.
