Ebay Coupons

Wasn't really sure where to put this question, so I figured this was as good a place as any. Here goes- I have seen a "PICKFIVE" five bucks off your purchase coupon while looking at ebay on my phone. However, when I look at the same listing on my desk top computer I can't find it listed. I wonder why that is? Also, has anyone used this discount code and are there any catches to it? It says no minimum purchase, so you could get a $5 item free? This seems to good to be true. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I also get those pop ups ony phone and instantly swipe them away. Never even considered using a coupon from eBay. Are they good on anything?

It wasn't a pop up. Mike, the funny thing is, I can't seem to find them now. It was in the listing right below the shipping terms when I was looking at the new Alcatrazz Live in Japan re release. It was saying no minimum purchase, but you have to use a credit or debit card and not Paypal or the Ebay credit card. It's weird, I can't find them now. I will test the theory the nest purchase I make. I will use my debit card instead of my Paypal account.

A few years ago when eBay were running their own points scheme someone messed up bad so that they did an offer where if you spent £1 you got 50p in points which was insane! I just bought a whole lot of really popular electronics and then sold them again for 90% of what I paid. I managed to get £800 worth of points before they withdrew the offer!

So yeah, they do sometimes do deals that are too good to be true!

With the holidays upon us, I get sent email coupons directly from ebay that allows for 10 or 15% off your purchase. Sometimes it's for specific items (ie electronics, cosmetics) and sometimes it's for your entire order. I've used them without issue.

Yeah, I have used a few of those offers. I used the 15 percent of the other day (Saturday, I think) and the a couple weeks back they had an 8 percent back in Ebay bucks so I racked up a few extra dollars back at the end of the year. It always bothered me that the local chain I frequented didn't do any loyalty/ rewards stuff. I have all but ceased any shopping there and plan to make a clean break on Dec. 31st. They did a 25 percent off vinyl last weekend and I was hoping for the same on CD's this weekend or an after Christmas sale.
