...when an album starts off so savagely, and can't live up to the first 2 and half minutes at any point?
The first part of song one is pure brutality, and then the wheels fall off.

Testament's Souls of Black is like that. It gets off to a great start and then it completely dies after the 3rd or 4th song. They should'a just made that an EP.
