Apparently, Erik Lindmark of Deeds of Flesh has a side project called Submerged who is working on new material. Hopefully, one of the two will drop an album by the end of 2018.

The French-Canadian death metal band Outre-Tombe releases their sophomore album, Nécrovortex, on October 17, 2018.

The album, which is the first Sacrosanct album in 25 years (Tragic Intense was released in 1993), comes out via Rock of Angels Records.

The death metal band Of Hatred Spawn's debut album drops on December 21, 2018.

I am stoked for this, as I am friends with Remy Tartaglia, the guitar player. His brother, J.J. Tartaglia, who is also in the band Skull Fist, plays in this band as well.

There's a new Avantasia album coming out next month. I know because I just saw a lyric video for a new song on Youtube.
