Favorite antiwar metal song (International Edition)

What's your Favorite antiwar metal song from this list?

Guess I should read the whole title before I reply lol I voted Slayer on the other poll, but stated War Pigs as my favorite. Didn't notice you had a U.S. and international version around here.

I can't see how anything can top War Pigs!

But on a side note...

If you're gonna have the band Europe on the list, why not include Winds of Change by Scorpions?

Run to the Hills! My second choice would be Refuse/Resist

I guess there are 3 reasons I didn't include that song.

For the most part I don't like ballads
I don't like that song.
I never thought about that song.

Fair enough... but you do realize that almost half of Stryper's songs are ballads.

No, 1 or 2 songs on each album are ballads. And most of their 80s ballads are awful, with the exception being First Love.

Okay so now it's definitely War Pigs

Do Cherokee and Run to the Hills count as anti-war songs? Admittedly, I can't claim to know all that much about the history of Native Americans, but was what happened to them actually a "war"?

Having you land taken forcefully from you is war. We bomb Iraq on the regular.You ever seen Iraqi military? We're killing regular people in Iraq. The majority of people who die in war are regular folks that didn't do anything wrong. Just like I'm guessing many natives were.

Also the Cherokees had Warriors who did war dances and war chants. So I'd say they are antiwar songs.
