Was talking with Mother Saxon today.  She had me look up whom sang "In heaven There is No Beer".  Well, that is a long German story.  

Anyways, got me thinking?  What is MY favorite drinking song [other than the complete works of Tankard]?  AC/DC?  Too easy.  Quiet Riot?  ummm, maybe.  But I think, in all honesty,  I will go with:



I am no supporter of the War Machine, but this song really is a piece of Americana, imo.

Ha! Somehow I missed this thread until DC bumped it up. When I saw the title this was the first song I thought of. Love this song. Our local weather guy references it now and then when he says something funny and the rest of the newsroom starts laughing. "Evabuddy funna...now you funna too..."
