I love that song too. Was talking to the bassist from Recon/Deliverance on Saturday and he told me that "Slay the Wicked" was originally a RECON song, but when George Ochoa left Recon to join Deliverance he took the song with him. Of course, by the time the "Weapons of our Warfare" tour took off, 3/4 of Deliverance was Recon. (George-guitar, John-drums, Mike-bass).
