According to KNAC.COM, legendary rock DJ and original member of the KNAC family Tawn Mastrey died Tuesday evening (October 2) in Minneapolis at the age of 53. She had been suffering from the effects of hepatitis C which she contracted as a child.
Recently, Tawn was a dj on Hair Nation on Sirius Satellite Radio and you may also remember her from her appearance in "The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years".
Rest in Peace, Tawn.
